One week to go until the ultimate Hack'n'Slash game appears on the Sony console.
Developers are discussing whether DLC would be worthwhile for this title. They think it will be good for the fans, but might impact on other ideas.
Developers have said that they are going to take a break from the God Of War world and look in to new intellectual property, so DLC will be a fair way off yet, that's if it comes at all.
This will be next weekend.... Playing not complaining of course.
Rumblings on the internet seemed to point to the name "Arc" or "Gem", but it wasn't to be.
Sony have called their new motion sensing controller "PlayStation Move", a somewhat unimaginative name.
Due to retail at under $100, so that means around £100 in the UK, you will soon be able to play such titles as
Little Big Planet
Socom 4 and Eyepet
So you can start to wave your arms around like a loon in front of your friends or on you own much like when using the Wii.
Sony announces that Socom 4 is coming to the PS3 in the autumn of 2010.
Zipper Interactive are developing this title, some of you may know this name from the MAG game which was recently released. MAG standing for Massive Action Game, which sees mass battles from 32 v 32 players up to 128 v 128 players.
The game will feature a 12 hour campaign where the player takes charge of 5 squad members. Motion capture techniques have been used similar to Uncharted 2 which will add to the feel of the game.
There is a multiplayer element to the game with up to 32 players battling it out.
We are looking forward to images and videos about this title and would expect more news to break at E3 in a couple of months time.
